Light Watermarble Manicure using Essie

Purchased by me / Kjøpt av meg

(Please excuse the bumpy index finger nail, this macro shot really makes it look much worse than it does irl)(Light purple: "Lilacism", light blue "Lapiz of Luxury", white: "Blanc" by Essie )

This manicure is my first real attempt at watermarbling. I have tried the technique a few times before while laying around on old manis before removal or on fake nails. But this time, I did the technique on all ten finger nails =)
I used three light Essie polishes to marble over a white base color, and it worked like a charm! I didn't do any special design with the marble, I only dragged through it here and there. I was short on time when doing this, so I dunked three nails in at once. If I had had more time, I would have done only one nail at a time, to get more control of the design on the nail. But I was in a hurry, and this worked too =)
